We can't control the weather but we are constantly monitoring conditions all the way up to the morning of your dive. Activity availability is subject to change depending on weather, of course, but we aim to reschedule if possible, and if not, we will issue a full refund.

• Cancellations due to weather, availability or safety issues qualifies for a 100% Refund.
• Client-cancelled reservations unrelated to weather are subject to a 20% processing fee.
• Cancellations greater than 36 hours in advance get a 100% Full Refund, minus the 20% processing fee.
• Cancellations in less than 36 and more than 24 hours in advance receive a 25% Refund.
• Unfortunately, cancellations less than 24 hours in advance cannot be refunded.

You don’t need certification to get started! Our Discover Scuba Diving experience is perfect for beginners (even if you’ve never worn a mask or fins before). It starts with a lesson in shallow water, then a guided dive on the reef.

Yes — you’re welcome to do both during your trip.

However, they can’t be done on the same boat, since snorkeling and scuba diving tours go to different locations and have different time requirements.

Nope! Many of our guests are first-timers or non-swimmers. You’ll wear a life vest the whole time, and our guides stay right with you, even towing younger kids on buoys if needed.

Yes — Puerto Morelos is part of the world’s second-largest reef system. Our guides are in the water with you, pointing out fish, turtles, and other reef life the whole time.

We’re a PADI 5-Star shop, so we follow reef-safe practices while showing you the best marine life we can find.

Just a swimsuit and a towel. To protect the reef, we ask guests not to wear sunscreen — we provide wetsuits for sun protection if needed. You’ll also have cubbies at the shop to keep your things safe, bottled water, and a place to rinse off and change when you get back.

If you need help getting to Wet Set, just let us know after booking. We don't provide pick-up, but we can advise you on transportation options.

As we will be snorkeling in a National Marine Park, no, sunscreen is not allowed. Full- and half-wetsuits are provided free of charge — just ask!

It's true that people will try to shuffle you through snorkeling tours every time you walk down the beach, but our shop is fully licensed and insured, with professional guides and high-end gear.

We own our boats, maintain them to the highest standards, and always put your safety first. Dock vendors may not meet these standards... and often don’t.

Most of the reef is just 3 to 10 feet deep, so perfect for snorkeling. It’s shallow enough to see everything clearly and safe for all ages and skill levels.

Yes! We guide kids as young as 3 years old. They can hang onto a float and enjoy the experience at their own pace. Our guides are great with kids and make safety a top priority.

Children under 2 years old are not allowed on the boat due to insurance restrictions.

Yes! The Puerto Morelos reef is home to colorful tropical fish, rays, sea turtles, and coral gardens. While specific wildlife sightings can’t be guaranteed, our guides know where to go to maximize your chances.
