These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the WetSet Adventures website and participation in any tours, dives, snorkeling excursions, or related services provided by WetSet Adventures (“WetSet,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By booking a tour or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability.

Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking. Payments are securely processed through Stripe. WetSet does not store full credit card details.

By completing a booking, you confirm that:

  • All information provided is accurate.

  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method.

  • You agree to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

All bookings are subject to our separate Cancellation & Refund Policy, available at:

By booking, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to that policy.

3. Safety and Participation Requirements

Participation in snorkeling and diving activities involves inherent risks.

By booking a tour, you confirm that:

  • You are physically fit to participate.

  • You will follow all safety instructions provided by WetSet staff.

  • You understand that failure to follow instructions may result in removal from the activity without refund.

WetSet reserves the right to deny participation to any guest who appears unsafe, intoxicated, medically unfit, or otherwise unable to safely participate.

4. Weather and Operational Decisions

WetSet operates in a marine environment where weather and ocean conditions may change.

WetSet reserves the right to:

  • Modify departure times

  • Change dive or snorkel locations

  • Reschedule tours

  • Cancel tours due to safety concerns

All such decisions are made in the interest of guest safety.

Refunds related to weather or safety cancellations are governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

5. Liability

Snorkeling and diving activities carry inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Changes in weather or sea conditions

  • Marine life interactions

  • Equipment-related risks

  • Physical exertion

By participating, you acknowledge these risks.

WetSet shall not be liable for:

  • Personal injury resulting from failure to follow instructions

  • Loss or damage to personal property

  • Delays caused by weather, marine conditions, or circumstances beyond our control

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where prohibited by law.

6. Medical Conditions

Guests are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions that may affect participation.

Failure to disclose relevant medical information may result in denied participation without refund.

Dive participants must comply with all applicable certification and medical requirements.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, branding, and logos, is the property of WetSet Adventures and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Privacy
