WetSet operates in a marine environment where weather and safety conditions can change quickly.
Our policies are designed to be fair to both our guests and our team.
• Cancellations due to weather, safety concerns, or operational availability (as determined by WetSet) qualify for a 100% refund.
• Client cancellations made more than 36 hours in advance receive a full refund minus a 20% processing fee.
• Client cancellations made between 24 and 36 hours before the scheduled activity receive a 25% refund.
• Client cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled activity are non-refundable.
• No-shows are non-refundable.
